The candidates falling in this list (available on http://www.ncbc.nic.in/) may mention OBC-NCL in the Category Column. State-listed OBC-NCL Candidates who are NOT in OBC-NCL (Central List) must choose General.

1. Candidates can apply for PPAIET (INTERMIDIATE SCIENCE) - 2024 through the “Online” mode only on the website https://www.palphysics.net/ppaiet2024.

2. Submission of the Online Application Form may be done by accessing the PAL PHYSICS website https://www.palphysics.net/ppaiet2024. The Application Form in any other mode will not be accepted.  

3. Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate.

4. Candidates must strictly follow the instructions given in the Information Bulletin and on the PAL PHYSICS website. Candidates not complying with the instructions shall be summarily disqualified.

5. Candidates must ensure that the e-mail address and Mobile Number provided in the Online Application Form are their own and/or Parents/Guardians only as all information/ communication will be sent by PP through e-mail on the registered e-mail address or SMS on the registered Mobile Number only. PP will NOT be responsible for any incorrect credentials.

Chapter 2: Examination Scheme

 

2.1       Syllabus of the Test

 

PAL PHYSICS has notified the syllabus of PPAIET (I.Sc.) – 2024. The Question Paper will be based on class-x standard.

 

2.2      Pattern of the Test

 

The Test pattern of PPAIET (I.Sc.) - 2024 comprises three Subjects. Each subject will consist of  30 Questions

Important Points to Note:

 

(MCQs): To answer a question, the candidates need to choose one option corresponding to the correct answer or the most appropriate answer.  However, if any anomaly or discrepancy is found after the process of challenges of the key verification, it shall be addressed in the following manner:

1. Correct answer or the most appropriate answer: Two marks (+2)

(ii)   Any incorrect option marked will be given minus zero point five mark (-0.5). 

(iii)  Unanswered: No mark (0).

 

If more than one option is found to be correct then Two marks (+2) will be awarded to only those who have marked any of the correct options. 

If all options are found to be correct then Two marks (+2) will be awarded to all those who have attempted the question. 

If none of the options is found correct or a Question is found to be wrong or a Question is dropped then all candidates who have appeared will be given two marks (+2) irrespective of the fact whether the question has been attempted or not attempted by the candidate.

 

2.3       Mode of Examination

 

PPAIET (I.Sc.) – 2024 is a Computer-based Test, Moreover tampering at any stage will lead to debarring of the candidature for 03 years.

2.4      Duration of Test

 

The duration of the test would be One (01) Hour. Compensatory time of 15 minutes for examination of one hour fifteen minutes (01:15 hrs) duration for PwBD Candidate [having a physical limitation to write] will be given, whether such candidate uses the facility of Scribe or not.

 

2.5     Medium of the Question Papers

 

 Drawing from the National Education Policy (NEP), the PPAIET (I.Sc.) -2024 is being conducted in English.

 

2.6      Eligibility

 

              Those students who appeared class-x board exam in 2024 are eligible to apply.
